Terms and Conditions

  • You can choose the class of the star from the available ones at the Buy Page. You can choose to additional order a larger displayed image at the given prices. Additional Options and Prices:
    • Change your displayed image: 20,00 €
    • Change the link: 20,00 €
    • Remove my star: Free
  • When you buy a star, you pay for the space to display your choosen star, link and image. You do not own any part of this site / homepage. www.10000stars.com with your star will be available at least until october 2015. This means that your star will be displayed at least until this time.
  • You may ask for a place with xy-coordinats to set up your star, but this can't be guaranted. Your ordered Star may also slightly differ in Appeareance, eg. color.
  • All the links and images must be conform to german law. Prelimery this is your responsibility. No adult/obscene/offensive content will be accepted. Althougth links ans images will be checked before getting them online, but if there is a conflict, you have to change the content. Once published on the homepage you cannot get a refund, even if we have to remove your star / image / link because of conflict with german law and you can not deliver conform content. You will also get now refund for any downtime, wether of your star / image / link because of a conflict with german law neither any other downtime of the eg. server maintenence etc.
  • You must have the authority to provide your link and image.
  • If you want to remove your star / image / link, you can do this at any time, but you will not get any refund for removing the star. You don not have a right to replace your star.
  • You may buy a star and sell it later to any other person, but they have to agree this terms and conditions.
  • You may not rent your star to any other person.
  • Images must be in the exact size you paid for in JPG or GIF with a maximum size of 10KB.
  • Images may be animated.
  • Links have to begin with http://
  • Your star / image / link will be published withhin 24-48h after receiving the complete payment.
  • The contract shall be governed by German Law. The application of the UN-Agreement on Contracts on the International Purchase of Goods of 11th April 1980 (CISG) is excluded. Contract language is German. The respensible court is Plauen/Germany.
